I embarked on my professional career within the food Industry in 1981 after being inspired by my close family. After years of gaining expertise in food production I specialised in patisserie and started teaching evening classes.
As a Development Chef I am responsible for performance evaluation of catering equipment for a leading manufacturer along with onsite customer training throughout the United Kingdom.
Dawn works closely with young people in education promoting life skills in the kitchen. Together we can deliver a number of services.
What we do
Private Cookery skills classes
Full hands on courses including bread making & yeast cookery, stocks and sauces, classic desserts, sugar craft, entertaining and planning, knife skills and many more topics. These can be either one two one lessons within your own surroundings or why not host a fun course for you and friends – please contact for further details and fees.
Group cookery classes
Full hands on practical courses that include all ingredients with light refreshments and containers to take a selection home afterwards. Group numbers are limited ensuring personal tuition and attention. Course duration approximately 4 hours depending on topic - Please contact for current course details and venues.
Private Personal Chef
Exclusive service including menu compilation, fresh provisions bought to order and prepared, then cooked within the client’s home or venue. This service can be formal or informal depending on your requirements. Everything is taken care of including cleaning up the kitchen. This service is ideal for dinner parties or exclusive events.

Provision of quality in house hospitality at our clients own premises for special events providing that very personal service. For example provision of freshly in house baked patisserie and beverage selection for Soper BMW Lincoln customer hospitality area during a model launch and driving weekend.
