I embarked on my professional career within the food Industry in 1981 after being inspired by my close family. After years of gaining expertise in food production I specialised in patisserie and started teaching evening classes.
As a Development Chef I am responsible for performance evaluation of catering equipment for a leading manufacturer along with onsite customer training throughout the United Kingdom.
Dawn works closely with young people in education promoting life skills in the kitchen. Together we can deliver a number of services.
Full hands on courses including bread making & yeast cookery, stocks and sauces, classic desserts, sugar craft, entertaining and planning, knife skills and many more topics.
